I want to print a document with comments to the side in balloons. However,
the top comment keeps getting cut off because word aligns it with the top of
the page and not the top of the margin. Is there any way to get the first
(and last) comment aligned with the margin (or atleast the printer printing
limit) so I can see the comments in the printed file?
