Default Visual Studio

Jim,

As far as I know, you can't use the NET IDE for writing normal
VBA code. You are probably thinking of the Visual Studio Tools
For Office program, which uses VS2003 to write DLLs that work
with particular workbooks.

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/smartclient/vsto/default.aspx for
more details.

I am sure that I attended one of those Microsoft presentations
in which they
indicated that you could use Visual Studio .Net as your IDE for
writing Excel
VBA code. Is that correct? Is this something I can download
or you have to
purchase something else?

Thanks for your assistance.
