Default Relative Cell Referencing

Hi,

I'm trying to write a macro to capture a variable range,
and the relative reference function I keep seeing is using
Offset. I don't know if it's three rows down or 300.
What is the VB syntax to select end over and end down to
capture the entire range of data? Thanks.
