Run time error 70 permission denied

Hi,

I have a macro that is set to copy a file from one
location to the other. While executing the macro it gives
an error :"Run time error 70 permission denied"

I have checked the permissions and i have all the
permissions for the file as well as its parent dir.

Any help is appreciated.
