Default Accessing Server Date

I have an excel sheet which is shared. I have written macros to validate
certain cells where they cannot update for future date. User can currently
update the cell by setting date to future date on their local system.

TO overcome this, I should be able to validate comparing date on server
system. Is there any function or method to validate.

Thanks in advance.
