Default ontime Method

The ontime method can schedure a procedure to run or
cancel the procedure, but is there a way to determine
what procedures are scheduled to run and when?

No. To the best of my knowledge there is no accessible object, method or
property that will give you that information. The best is to store the
information when you schedule it.
