Default Put a CommandBar on the left up corner of a cell

Hi...!
And... many Thanks in advance!

I have a CommandBar, a floating CommandBar
This commandBar appears only when my cursor is within a given range o
cells
but I do not know how to show-it on the left up corner of the selecte

I'm certainly no expert but I don't think you're going to be able to define
where a floating tollbar will appear. You might try designing a form,
though, to accomplish the same goal.
