If you read the help (in the VBE, place the cursor on workbooks.open
and press F1) you would have known that you need to specify the
UpdateLinks
parameter.
The complete syntax of the open command is:

expressie.Open(FileName, UpdateLinks, ReadOnly, Format, Password,
WriteResPassword, IgnoreReadOnlyRecommended, Origin, Delimiter,
Editable, Notify, Converter, AddToMRU)

I'm sure you can find it from there.
