Default Sending cell data in E-mails

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;816644

Looking at the above webpage I got the information on how to send certain cell's data in an E-mail, but I have a few questions regarding this.

First of all, just wanted to verify with Outlook when you paste cells it pastes the text not a graphic of the cell like other programs such as Lotus Notes, so would this be the same if a macro is sending the e-mail, it would send the text? If not by default is there extra options I need to set in the code.

Secondly, it mentions that it will pop up with an prompt saying that there is an automatic e-mail being sent. Is there an option I can set in the code to pick the option for me? The whole purpose of this is to automate a report that has to be sent via e-mail to cell phone's, so that kind of defeats the whole automation purpose if someone has to select the option.
