Default shifting headings over on column

Main Heading 1
Main Heading 2

Column_Heading1 Column_Heading2 Column_Heading2
somedata somedata somedata

Column_Heading1 Column_Heading2 Column_Heading2
somedata somedata somedata

Column_Heading1 Column_Heading2 Column_Heading2
somedata somedata somedata
somedata somedata somedata
somedata somedata somedata

and it should look like the following:

Main Heading 1
Main Heading 2

Column_Heading1 Column_Heading2 Column_Heading2
somedata somedata somedata

Column_Heading1 Column_Heading2 Column_Heading2
somedata somedata somedata

Column_Heading1 Column_Heading2 Column_Heading2
somedata somedata somedata
somedata somedata somedata
somedata somedata somedata

NOTE: the data is dynamic so the headings will not always be in the
same place.
My new approach is to change all of the headings because of the unique
nature of the string one by one, but when I get to the first example
from above there is no heading above the somedata column, so therein
lies the problem. All of this will be done in a macro and any help
will be appreciated.

thanks
