Default Picture scaling in Visual Basic

Hello everybody!

I have the following problem which is connected in Microsoft Access 97. I
have created a macro in Excel and I look at visual code of this macro. Then,
I inserted that code into Access 97 button in a form. Thanks for it I click
on this button and I create spreadsheet with some bold borders (looks like
two windows in the spreadsheet signed/separeted by borders). I want to put
any picture into this borders/"windows". For example I want to put two
picutres where left top corner of first picture is on the A5 cell in the
spreadsheet, and the left top corner of second picture is on the T5 cell. I
know how to do it, but when I use visual basic code the pictures are not
scaled/fit into this line borders. I want to put any picture of any format
and of any dimensions into this line borders. I want such pictures to have
the same size in this line borders / "small windows".

Can you help me how to do it?

Regards
I hope you understand me.
Marcin from Poland
