Default Netsend or another type command

Is it possible through VBA to send a message to another
user on the network? Maybe something similar to the
netsend command? Im just looking for a way to send some
sort of notification/message to another user on the
network...

Is this possible?

Shell will do a net send:

Shell ("NET SEND USERNAME MESSAGE ")
