Default Solution to Mouse Wheel Won't Scroll in Visual Basic Editor

If you are a Visual Basic Programmer and your mouse wheel
won't scroll in the Visual Basic Editor, then go to the
Microsoft Knowledge Base and get article 837910 with the
title "Mouse wheel events do not work in the Visual Basic
6.0 IDE".
It tells you why and gives a workaround.

Either:
remove logitech drivers..
replace with microsoft intellimouse drivers...

OR:
download freewheel

I'm very happy with freewheel,
which works icm touchpad and 2 different mice on my laptop :)
