The drawback in this approach is that when the user deletes the row above the "overlined" cells (Row 12), the "overline" is also deleted.

I need a way to detect such a row deletion (deleting the row above the subtotal), so I may underline the proper cells above the deleted row (E11:M11) so that the SubTotal row again appears to be overlined.
