Default VBmodeless

I'm calling dataform (activesheet.showdataform) for use on
a sheet with approx 60 rows. While using the dataform you
can view the changes in the sheet.Unfortuneately, unless I
can get vbmodeless to work (I can't) there is no way to
see the worksheet except for the active window view.

If you know how to do this I'd appreciate the help. In
fact, all the help I get here is always appreciated.
