Default Command Prompt to a Directory

I’m new to the idea of running external commands from Excel VBA. B
looking through this forum, I’ve figured out how to use the Shel
command with the “comspec” environment to open the command prompt, bu
I can’t figure out how to open the command prompt to a specifie
directory. If it’s not possible, is there a way to run more than on
command in succession?
