Default Office 2003 PIA do not work for Office 2000

I developped an application that exports statistics via the office 2003
PIA's and it works perfectly.
I deployed it onto a workstation running office 2000 and it failed.
I am assuming the Interop's i used are not compatible with Office 2000 but i
cannot find any components for Office 2000. I know there are some for Office
XP and 2003 but what can i do to make it work on an Office 2000
workstation??

TIA,
Ahmed
