Default Converting Times

Hello,

Could someone please tell me how to convert times from timezone A to
timezone B, ie. convert a time (time only, no date) in cell A1, and
display the new (adjusted) time in cell B.

I want to convert from Greece time to Australian time.

It would be best if this was an add-in rather than a something I have
to sit on another sheet, as I file is already quite unwieldly with
many worksheets.

Thanks you very much!
Regards, Ryan
