Pasting column after end of spreadsheet.

That's because you are pasting the entire column. Change from:

Columns("A:A").Copy

To:

Range("A1:A" & Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row).Copy

Note that it will still have to fit in the number of remaining rows...
