I have created a Word doc that has multiple embedded excel
spreadsheets. Users must enter data into some fields of the spreadsheets and into some cells of the tables in the Word document. I would like to protect all portions of the document that do not require data entry. I can protect the spreadsheets but if a user clicks once to open rather than twice, they can accidentally delete a spreadsheet. Also, if I protect the Word doc, the user tabs from field to field entering data and will skip right over the spreadsheets. Any ideas for protecting portions of spreadsheets that are embedded within a Word doc with portions also protected? Pam |
