Hi,

I have MS Excel 97 and I am trying to create a Routing Recipient so I dont have to type manually all the email addresses. I have

the old version of Netscape as my email program. When I click on Routing Recipient I get this message: General mail failure. Quit
Microsoft Excel, restart the mail system, and try again. Please help..

Thanks,

~Kash

So does it bring up your correct mail program or not.
Anyway if it does, the next step would be to look at Ron de Bruin's

Example Code for sending mail from Excel
http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm

The page on John Walkenbach's site specifically mentions Outlook
and Outlook Express -- I've used modifications of it on OE.

Thanks for the mail tag but it doesnt send the mail out to the list of people. I am writing a macro in excel 97 to create the mail

and automatically sends it.
