Default Help with Menus

I would like to add a button in a cell when clicked would display data such
as client names or address...
this would allow less key strokes. all you have to do is choose the address
and it fills it in. this could be done in several columns.

I am extremely new to macros

how would I accomplish this item and how do I get started

thanks
David Poe
