Default missing macro absolute/relative referencing toolbar

I must have closed the macro toolbar during the creation
of a macro. Where can I find the toolbar because now when
I create macros the toolbar does not show up?

Thanks for the help.

Select start macro recorder, then Right click on the toolbar area and check
the 'Stop Recording' toolbar, then stop recording.
