Default Recommended Excel 2002/Visual Basic Book For Beginner?

I am new to Excel and VB. I can date myself by saying that the onl
programming language I had was FORTRAN in 1983.

I need advice from an expert that would recommend a very good Exce
2002/VB book. I would rather spend more money to get the best.

Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you.

Regards
