Default Db function

Can I use query language or some sort of code to identify
a specific range.

i.e. column a - contains months
column b - contains years
column c - description

I specify the month and year based on combo box
selections. Based on the month and year I would like the
row source of a third combo box to be based on the above
criteria.

I can do this with long drawn out code, but I feel there
is a simpler cleaner way to do this. Help

Thanks
