UserForm_Layout event - Excel97

Hi,

Struggling a bit with the Layout event of an Excel97 UserForm.

It seems that it doesn't fire when the form is just moved on the
screen by dragging its TitleBar.

I *know* the event fires in this situation in Excel2000 and later.

Anybody know how to get code to run when a UserForm is moved in
Excel97?
