Default choosing from a list in VB

I'm a new user of VB and would appreciate any guidance you could provide

What function or command would you use to allow the user to click on one region in a list of 100 regions on one worksheet and it would change the page field of a pivot table on another worksheet to the region you clicked without having the user go through the drop down box of 100 regions on the pivot table worksheet

Thanks!!!
