Default Use excel in html format change the links

We are using Excel in HTML format to edit and publish the
same file for all sorts of overvieuws. Our intranet is
running on Lotus Notes and in this system it is impossible
to create a normal explorer type file system.
This means that all files need to be in one directory.
Excel standard saves html format with a 'homepage' and the
sub pages, the worksheets in a folder.
My question is, can I change this in such a way that all
files are saved in one directory, so I can import them in
Lotus Notes. This would help me create applications in
excel for our intranet.
