Default a label for each name in a list

i have a list of members staring in A1. i also have a
userform named DuesPaid. i want the user form to show a
label for each member in the list. the list of member
names, has a name referring to he range with an OFFSET
formula so the name of the range can grow dynamically
when a member is added at the last row in the list. the
list is named "Members". so if there are 10 members, i
need there to be 10 labels. and so on. and if there were
9 members i need 9 labels. so i need a label added every
time a new member is added. TIA
