Default Append data

Hi,

We have about 1000 records with the following format on one file.

Sum- Size- Qty- R1.....Rqty
123 12 234 1,2,...234
234 34 67 1,2....67
..
..
657 126 55 1,2,..55

We append these records regularly as of size & quantity.
For example the first one can become;
124 12 14 1,2,...14

We wish also to keep these record invisible (other than .txt format)

How can we do this?
Any help is appreciated.

Default Append data

Hi
I can't see a clear question. It's not even obvious that your
discussion involves Excel! If anyone else replies, it will probably be
to say the same thing.

regards
Paul
