Default Creating formula range by last name.

This is my third posting for the same request. As you can
see I have change my request for previous request, hoping
that this would be obtainable. I need a macro that will
associate names with total within a range. I have a
spreadsheet that contains a list of names with there
totals. Each reps. name is on column C with their
respective totals on column B and there is a grand total
with a name match for the grand total. (So each reps. have
5 total per day with a there names on Column B and totals
on column C plus the sixth which is their grand total) I
also, have a macro that will search for the sixth
occurrence of total and calculate their respective total
for the week. The sixth occurrence macro works well,
except when a rep. works OT on there off days it will add
their 7th total to another reps. weekly activity. Is it
possible to have macro that will look column C for
similar last name then calculate the total for that range.
Then go to the next name create a new range, match all
similar only similar name, sub total, and so on. I will
greatly appreciate any help. If even someone could tell me
that, this could not be done.
