Default Want to Bind ADO Dataset to Excel 2003 Pivottable

Is it possible to bind an ADO DataSet directly to an Excel 2003 Pivottable.
I've seen an article which shows how to bind an ADO Dataset to an Excel XP
chart component, but it's necessary to convert the Dataset to Recordset XML
first
(http://support.microsoft.com/default....microsoft.com
:80/support/kb/articles/Q303/0/16.ASP&NoWebContent=1). In Excel 2003, is it
possible to skip this conversion step and bind directly to the dataset?

Thanks...

Dan
