Default setting up excel for multiuser

Can someone help in this problem,
I want to create an excel sharedworkbook which can keep a
record in Coulmn A of the computer # , Column B the
picture of the person Column C name of person and column D
for comments , so whenever someone open the workbook he
will be aBLE TO SEE THE information mentioned above (No
repetition allowed only one record per user). Note that
the photo, computer name and photo is available in the
server. I know how to get the user name via API but I do
not know how to get the rest. There is URL address for the
photo. I do not if this will help.
