Function Library Creation

Dear Group,

I have a library of technical functions which I would like to set-up as an
add-in library. I have both VB6 and VB.net and neither one has the template
for .com or .dll creation. Is there somewhere I can find the header
definitions and calls without buying the professional or enterprise
versions?
