Default gcTCPObjLib.dll use as Excel function library

If you install gcTCPObjLib.dll (distributed as part of the MS
AntiSpyware package) as an add-in in Excel, you get a couple of interesting
new functions (GetHostNameByIP and GetIPByHostName) in Excel.

Are there any licensing laws/rules I'm violating if I include this DLL
inside a MS-Word doc (a how-to) like on a web-page?
