Default OFFSET problem

Hello,

I'm using Excel 2000. I'm using offset function on a
workbook where from one worksheet (main table), it
filters and updates the latest values according to the
dates to another worksheet. It works. When I saved this
updated worksheet to a webpage (html file), it will not
update the latest values. I had tried many ways as in
(1)Save As -- Save As type: Web Page -- click on Save
(2)Save As -- Save As type: Web Page -- Publish
(3)Save As a Webpage

But to no avail!!!

I did a test by just opening a new workbook, entering
some values and did the same method as above and it
worked. It just doesn't work with OFFSET values. There
are macro running at the background but I don't think
that's giving the problem. It could be the version of the
excel itself but again i'm not sure. Why I'm suspecting
on the version is because this file is running on my
client machine in their company. I tested in my office
and its working fine here. I'm using Ms Office Premium
Edition and they are using Ms Office original with SR-1
version.

What could be wrong here?

Please help!

Thanks
