Default I need to compare 2 separate lists

What I need to do is this: I have two lists, one of them
is a broadcast e-mail list, and the other is a list of e-
mail addresses that would like to be removed from the
broadcast list. I need to be able to delete all of the
names on the "unsubscribe" list from the broadcast list
every time we update the broadcast list. Can this be done
easily? Thanks!
