Do I need an MP3 License?
I have developed an Excel add-in and workbook that work
together. On the main user form I have a Windows Media Player control. The add-in/workbook display picture files, text and play audio files (flash card). I would like to sell this add-in/workbook and was wondering if the end users Excel program covers the MP3 license requirements? Please advise, Thanks T Kelly |
