Use this blank area to ask the question, and provide version

I have Microsoft Vista. and office 2003. I see where some one has gave some answers to this. But it didn't work. It said to sign in as a Administrator. I can not do that. In this case turn off "User Access Control" first then accept EULA as
administrator. If you are not in a position to do that, please contact the administrator of the PC for this issue. Bobby wrote: Bob Also I tred to Run as. You can stop the prompts without UAC losing its security strengths.
