Default Spreadsheet 'Tours'

Greetings,
Any help would be greatly appreciated
This is not strictly under this newsgroup, however I'm
struggling here and I know you will be able to help.
I have been using ancient software 'Lotus ScreenCam' to
produce tutorials for some of my spreadsheets with
excellent results. ScrenCam is screen capture software
that plays back as a movie of the computer screen. You can
add voice or anotate with text comments. Trouble is, we
are changing over from Windows NT to XP and ScreenCam does
not run on XP. Do any of you guys use anything similar
that you could suggest? Failing that could you please
direct me to a more appropriate newsgroup?
Thanks again
