Hi Norman,
but be aware that if you have forms that are resized via code, I've noticed a difference in the way they are drawn on screen, in most cases I've needed to add 4 points to each number, not sure why since 1 point is 1/72 of an inch, it may be how Win XP shows the window, its no major problem because its just presentational, but it dose make some forms look odd and un professional. regards KM -----Original Message----- Hi Norman All your Excel 97 files and applications should work fine as is without any conversions.
