Default letter salutations and envl. address.

I have a list of names w/addresses;
however some of my list has no individual name over
company name and address.

I want the salutation to read:
Dear Mr. Jones (or what ever name is there)
over the addresses with names.

I want the salutation to read:
Dear Friends
over the addresses without names.

On the envelopes, however, I want them printed as
they are listed:

HOW DO I PROGRAM THIS CAPABILITY?
