Default Opening Open File Dialogue box from Excel97

I am trying to develop an extension to a database in Excel97 that woul
display the contents of a folder showing all Word files for
particular record.

I need to setup a macro to open some sort of 'Open File' dialogue bo
that would show all these Word files in the specific folder relating t
that record. The folder name would be defined by a variable from a cel
on the worksheet e.g. ABC-1254-03 where 1254 is the cell's value.

Obviously it would then need to allow any of these Word files to b
opened from this box.

Any help with this would be most gratefully received
