How to get the highest average from a database-type list
Hi,
I have a file with two worksheets. One has pay history, has 3 columns: Employee ID Year Salary 12345 2002 20000 12345 2001 18500 12345 2000 19947 12345 1999 18642 98765 2002 38482 98765 2001 35998 etc etc etc (The actual file has pay history going back to the early 90's)... The other worksheet has a column for the highest average pay for three consecutive years for each employee. In FoxPro and Oracle, this is a piece of cake. How can I code this in Excel??? Thanks in advance. Chris |
