or simply use Ctrl-` (that's the key to the left of the 1 on the top row.
This toggles the setting.

Without code....EditGo ToSpecialFormulas
Then if you have the color fill button on your toolbar..hit it.

With code......

Sub colorcells()
Dim Cel As Range
For Each Cel In ActiveSheet.UsedRange
If Cel.HasFormula Then
Cel.Interior.ColorIndex = 3 'Red
End If
Next
End Sub
