Default Visual Basic

Can I compile and run a Visual Basic 6 program from Office XP?

It seems that a VB exists in Office...

I was planning on buying VB6, but I am no longer certain
that this is necesary.

I have a VB6 program that I need to compile and run, and am
looking for any info that is available.

Thank you for your time.

Michael
