Default Max Size???

Hi All

I am just wondering is there a critical size at which
workbooks either stop working or go to a speed that is
unusable? As I have a workbook that has just reached 12
megs mainly from the macros but there is a fair few sheets
in there as well and over the past 2 days the performance
of the workbook has dropped off quite substancially. This
happend when it went from around 11 meg to 12 meg.

Is there a way I can allocate more memory to it or
something of the like?

Thanks heaps
Jase

Not really, it all depends on the workbook itself and the computer

Rob Bovey has a utility called code cleaner

also for speed in general see
Charles Williams site
