Default Help with Select Case or Best Method

I have a large range of data that can be anywhere from 100 to 500
lines. This range consists of A3:D??. The information in Column B will
decide the code to be put in Column A.
ie.. IF Column B Then Column A
26 1
26.3 2
27 3
33 4
33.3 5 Continues on to 23.

I'm sure it will include a select case and a some type of looping. I
would appreciate any help that can be offered here.

Thank you,
Christina
