Default macros disabled after apply SP -3 to excel 2000

After applying SP-3 to excel 2000, macros have
automatically been disabled. The 'Security' button
under 'Tools'/"Macros" is no loger visible. Can't run
codes so, how do I enable macros now?
Thanks

Try going into tools=Customize, select the Worksheet Menu Bar and click
reset (on the front tab). Hopefully that should put the menu choice back -
make sure it isn't just a "smart menus" thing. (tools=customize, third
tab).
