Default programing reference worksheet

I have a question is just the sintax of the second part of this statment
:
Catalogo is aworksheet, Estimate is a worksheet
take the values from Estimate to Catalogo, programing, once is
calculated could vary, just is the sintax for the Estimate I dont know
if is & "Estimate" & or .....


Worksheets("Catalogo").Cells(IIRowC, 3).Value = "=SUM (" &
Estimate!(StartTotalCell) & ":" & EndTotalCell & ") + SUM ( " &
StartTotalCell & ":" & EndTotalCell & ") * " & FacIndi & "/ 100"
